Private Yard Reservation

We understand the importance of off leash play for all dogs, but not all dogs are great candidates for the dog park. That’s what led us to the idea of privately renting out our fenced in yard for dogs and their owners to enjoy our space, without the risk the dog park brings.

There’s a few things you should know about our space. We have roughly 2 acres fenced in (our properly totals 4.25 acres, with nearly half fenced in), with 8’ tall chain link. Within our 2 acres fenced area, a little over half has a separate fence, which is a long mowed rectangle. The fence within the fence has a horse gate, and small dogs can likely squeeze through. The main gate also has some small gaps, most dogs would not be able to fit though, but a toy breed may. Always walk the perimeter to make sure there are no areas of the fence your dog can escape.

There’s a vet located directly next door to us, we share a driveway with them. Our building is used daily for dog training, and we often work with behavior modification, so its imperative you keep your dog leashed going in and out of the fenced area. Loose dogs outside the fence is absolutely prohibited at all times, even if you have great off leash control of your dog.

We require all dogs be up to date on vaccinations, and free and clear of all intestinal, internal and external parasites.

Please clean up after your dog, there’s a poop bucked located near the entrance of the building. Leave the yard as you found it, please! That includes cleaning up after your dog, and closing gates.

If you need to enter the building, please do not bring your dog inside, as there may be a training session in progress. Do not leave your dog outside in the fenced area unattended. If you must enter the facility, please leave your dog in your vehicle, or outside with another person. There may or may not be anyone working inside the facility when you arrive.

Do not allow your dogs to nuisance bark. We’re under a noise ordinance with the township, and have agreed to quiet any dogs that bark. A few excitement barks are ok, but long-term incessant barking is prohibited.

Please make sure you’re paid in full before your scheduled visit, which can be done by contact our office and paying with a card over the phone, or by PayPal to einsteindogtraining@gmail.com.
